支撐方式Type of stay

圓鋼棒是一般用的型式，在兩側(cè)的鏈要的銷部分，裝進(jìn)經(jīng)裁剪的圓鋼棒，而網(wǎng)帶要調(diào)整其厚度，使圓鋼棒可以通過的型式。

Step-cut round rod(stay pin)is fitted to chain at both sides,and thickness of spiral is adjusted so that round rod passes inside spiral.

● 平板形式
使用裝有附件的鏈條，在兩側(cè)的附件上面裝上平板。平板可以跟圓條式
一樣，穿進(jìn)去螺旋內(nèi)，或在平板上面擺放著網(wǎng)帶的型式。為了使網(wǎng)帶能
位于鏈條中心，必須在附件和平板之間插入墊片。
Flat bar type

Be provided between attachment base and flat bar so that belt is positioned at same

● 角鐵型式
鏈條中心寬度較寬的情況或因載荷太重，無法裝上支撐軌道的情況等時，
為了預(yù)防發(fā)生撓曲，才使用這種型式。用跟平板一樣的裝設(shè)方式來組立。
Angle channel type

The same installation procedure as that applied to flat bar is applied.
● 圓管型式
跟角鐵型式相同，但因要裝設(shè)在附件，須把圓管壓扁。如鏈條采用EP
型式，可以跟圓鋼棒一樣的方式組裝，且因量輕而寬度方向的撓曲較
難發(fā)生。

是在通常網(wǎng)帶的兩邊加裝鏈條的型式，網(wǎng)帶和鏈條通過加裝圓棒所達(dá)到同步運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)

These belts are made by fiting chains to both sides of ordinary Wire conveyor belt.Belt and chain are synchronized through Stays(cross supports).

Advantages
1． 因為用鏈輪來轉(zhuǎn)動鏈條，所以網(wǎng)帶不易蛇行。

2． 用調(diào)整網(wǎng)帶的節(jié)距的方法，就可把各種型式的鏈條裝上去。

3. 因為有鏈條和圓棒，所以可以折邊或裝檔板。
